Created for a project that needs limited construction, our newest offering is best for a client who desires our design and product access or is located outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. Unlike our Full-Service Design, the client will be responsible for personally overseeing any work done by secondary vendors – such as upholsterers, electricians, window treatment installers, etc. – or for hiring local project management. Our team is happy to make recommendations and to provide support via video chat when needed. The service includes budgets and finish schedules, procurement of all furnishings, and coordination of the final installation for projects that are a minimum of one complete space.
